The Moderating Effects of Employee Benefits and Job Burnout among the Employee Loyalty, Corporate Culture and Employee Turnover

The purpose of this research was to find the employee welfare and loyalty burnout employees, corporate culture role turnover in hotel industry. A total 330 questionnaires were sent out study 257 valid adopted. main results showed: (1) Employee have a negative impact on turnover; (2) interaction between affects job rate; (3) Have positive impact; (4) Influencing rate through intermediary culture; (5) When moderating effect, that is, when benefits are high, will affect burnout; low, reduce burnout. Therefore, order expand development space catering industry, quality efficiency service industry must be improved, which requires connection professional talents rational use human resources. This professionals proper resources maintain relationships. Managers need pay attention environmental changes social dynamics, structure employees so they can flexibly adjust meet needs employees.
